These services have their own privacy policies. We only receive the transaction confirmation & sender phone number—no account credentials are shared.

📊 Analytics & Crash Reporting (Optional)

Firebase Crashlytics - App crash reports (helps us improve stability)
Google Analytics - Anonymous usage statistics (no personal data)

You can opt-out of analytics in Settings. Crash data is anonymized and never contains personal information.

Data Retention & Deletion

⏰ How Long We Keep Your Data

Active Accounts: Data kept as long as your account exists
After Account Deletion: Most data deleted within 30 days
Payment Records: Kept for 7 years (legal/tax compliance)
Crash Logs: Automatically deleted after 90 days
Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for 2 years may be auto-deleted

🗑️ Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account anytime through Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will:

Permanently remove your profile & personal information
Erase all quiz attempts & game progress
Remove you from leaderboards
Keep payment records only for legal purposes

                        ⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Download
                        your data before deletion if needed.

Children's Privacy & Parental Controls

LearnX BD is designed as an educational app for students of all ages. We take children's privacy very seriously and comply with child protection regulations.

Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account
Users under 18 should ask parental permission before paying
Parents/guardians can create & manage children's accounts
